Hello and welcome!
My great love is supporting people to find and live the life they’d love. I explored many different approaches.
Many years teaching meditation and yoga to the public, in yoga ashrams, in a hospital, at a natural therapies college, and training teachers to take this wonderful knowledge out into their worlds too showed that people come to classes searching for 2 things:
- meaning in their lives
- relief from stress and its consequences
These techniques work wonderfully. I love seeing people feeling better!
Yet, it wasn't enough so I explored Positive Psychology, coaching, counselling and other techniques to "not just survive but thrive".
From all these, I took core parts, put them together in a unique pattern and created the system for finding and living the life you’d love. It is so good to have found a way to clarify what that life includes and a path to live it!
My life includes my wonderful partner, family and our food gardens which give us great joy and a place to experiment.
